LIVE MUSIC
Lunchtime Classical Concerts

The past few weeks we have seen a wide range of musical talent perform in Chichester. From the Funky jazz music to the deep soulful house and of course the heavy drum and bass. But this week, I present to you a far more relaxing event. Lunchtime classical music in the beautiful venue of Chichester Cathedral. Enjoy your lunch break alongside some amazing music.

Concerts happen every Tuesday throughout term time. Starting at 1:10PM - more info can be found here.

LOCAL CUISINE
Mexican food done right

Mexican food has to be one of my favourites. Chichester hasn’t quite been the same since the loss of Wahaca. However, nestled away in Drapers Yard lies a newer restaurant showcasing the culinary delights of Mexico. The Taco Box boasts great reviews and is definitely worth checking out.

You can enjoy happy hour (2 for 1 cocktails) between 5-6PM Wednesday to Friday or alternatively between 12-4PM on Saturday afternoons!

FOR EVERYONE
Those Northern Lights

Ever wondered how the Northern Lights actually work? Find out what makes the coloured rays and bands of auroral light dance in such a spectacular way. They may once again be visible from our South Coast. Find out more at our local planetarium on Sunday afternoon. More info and tickets can be found here.

ADVERT
Get healthy, get outdoors. Personal training available.

Reply for more info.

FEEL GOOD
Contribute to science

Some people contribute to science by donating their own bodies upon death… You can get involved sooner however. Take part in a study that will benefit the seas and oceans this Sunday morning down at Selsey Beach.

The citizen science session are made up of tasks such as micro beach cleans, shark and rat egg case recording, kelp recording, intertidal species surveys and marine interactions including how to act around seals and reporting sightings of healthy and sick animals. Start time is 10AM Sunday - Find out more information and book here.

SOCIAL
St Patricks Day

I am currently testing 90 days without alcohol to see the health benefits: if I spot a Guinness on St Patrick’s Day I know that will be the true test of my willpower. The Foundry is going all out on Sunday with Irish food, music, dancers and shots! Celebrations are going late on into the night all weekend - Find more info here.

One other social event I spotted is at La Havana on Friday night. Reggae/Afrobeat is the genre and you can find out more info here.

That’s all from me, hope you enjoyed.

Maybe you know of a good event?

Maybe there is something I can do differently?

Let me know!

Have the best week.

Reuben.
